1. Service Description

KoinoScript ("we", "us", "our") provides software-as-a-service tools that allow users to record, upload, transcribe, translate, repurpose, and export spoken audio and video content using AI-assisted workflows.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use KoinoScript to (a) upload content you do not own or have permission to process, (b) violate any law or third-party rights, (c) attempt to bypass usage limits, security controls, or rate limits, (d) generate harmful, harassing, or illegal content, or (e) reverse engineer the service.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Transcripts, translations, summaries, and repurposed assets produced by KoinoScript are generated using third-party AI models. Output may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on, publishing, or distributing it. KoinoScript makes no warranty of factual accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or completeness of any AI-generated material.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of audio, video, transcripts, and other content you submit ("User Content"). You grant KoinoScript a limited license to store, process, and transmit your User Content solely to provide and improve the service. You represent that you have all necessary rights and consents for any User Content you upload, including consent from any identifiable speakers.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited acting as merchant of record. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until you cancel. Pricing, features, and limits are described on our pricing page and may change with reasonable notice.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; your access continues until that date. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months except as stated in our Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

KoinoScript, including its software, brand, designs, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service in accordance with these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KoinoScript and its providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or fail to pay. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your access ends and we may delete your data according to our retention practices.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
