KoinoScript ("we", "us") provides AI-assisted transcription, translation, and content repurposing tools. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

To provide the service, we share necessary content with the following processors:

• Deepgram — speech-to-text transcription.
• Lovable AI Gateway (Google Gemini and OpenAI models) — translation, summarization, and repurposing.
• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
• Paddle.com Market Limited — payment processing as merchant of record, including invoicing and tax handling.

We choose providers that offer industry-standard security and data-protection commitments.

Audio, video, transcripts, and exports are stored in private cloud storage buckets and accessed via short-lived signed URLs. Database access is gated by row-level security policies so users can only read and write their own records. We use HTTPS in transit, encryption at rest, and least-privilege service credentials.

We retain User Content for as long as your account is active. You may delete projects, transcripts, and exports at any time from the app. When you close your account, we delete or anonymize your User Content within a reasonable period, except where law requires us to retain it.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email support@koinoscript.com.

KoinoScript is not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We rely on standard contractual clauses and similar safeguards where required.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
